Joanna was an incredible tour guide.  She took us to the the typical destinations—the Louvre, Eiffel Tower, etc—but along the way showed us secret Parisian worlds that only locals know about—like a small dessert shop with the tastiest treats we have ever had; a lunch restaurant with tasty cheese, escargo, and salads; and a chocolate shop that sold the most amazing hot chocolate on planet Earth!  Joanna was great at reassuring us about safety and took special care to take us to places, even when on the metro, where we felt reassured.  She also waited in line in the morning to purchase tickets for us at the Louvre before she even picked us up.  What an amazing surprise.  We travelled with two teenagers and a six year old.  She took the time to get to know our twins and show them some of the best shops in Paris.  She even took us to the top of the Galeries Lafayette where the view was even more amazing than that of the Eiffel tower.  Joanna was so generous.  Everyone in our family connected so well with her.  We now have a good family friend. We would return to Paris just to visit her!  Thank you Joanna.

I highly recommend Joanna for a private tour of Paris. She is smart, funny, very knowledgable and tailors the tour to your needs. We started off on a boat tour on the river Seine and ended with some Christmas shopping on the Champ de Elysee with many interesting stops along the way; to include Shakespeare and Co. bookstore, hot wine and a few other unique stops. Thanks again Joanna for a wonderful experience in Paris. Next time hopefully we’ll have warner and dryer conditions.
